I had a dream,

I  wanted to become a Reflexologist.

It was incredibly hard work balancing my studies whilst juggling work and a young family,

But,

It was the best thing i ever did!

My dream grew as did my hunger for all things Holistic.

Many, many qualifications later and here i am practicing the things i love.

Helping people best manage their well being physically, emotionally and spiritually.

whether its Reflexology, a Holistic Body Massage or a choice of many different Healing modalities. 

I incorporate crystals and pre blend aromatherapy oils where possible too 

Bespoke packages are my speciality, i love working intuitively to create the best possible experience for each and every one of you .
